An IMPACT Microlot Blend

Named for the soft, steady rain that drifts over Oahu's windward coast, the kind that shows up morning after morning, gentle and dependable. Mololani is a coffee made for exactly that kind of rhythm.

Sustainably & ethically sourced from microlots across Guatemala, this medium-dark roast delivers a full-bodied cup with deep notes of dark chocolate and roasted peanut butter. Smooth and balanced with a comforting finish. It's the coffee you reach for each morning, without thinking twice.

Microlot Sourced

Microlot farming means small, carefully separated batches of coffee that allow for more selective picking, closer control over processing, and a truer expression of that specific origin's flavor. Mololani is a select blend of coffee grown in microlots across the highlands of Chiquimula, Santa Rosa, and Jalapa.

Sustainable Practices

As part of an IMPACT program, farms and facilities throughout the supply chain comply with strict social, environmental, and economic standards. Organizations are assessed during harvest season, every 3 years by a third party.

Funding Pre-Education

Going BEYOND, your purchase helps to deliver pre-education opportunities for our coffee growing communities. Funds go towards improvements to classrooms, teacher training and prevention of child labor.

Small Batches. Intentionally Crafted.

Even, Consistent Roasting — By never exceeding 15lbs per roast, every bean spends equal time in the heat, resulting in a more balanced, uniform roast with no under or overdeveloped beans hiding in the batch.

More Nuanced Flavor Profiles — Smaller batches allow us to slow down and coax out the subtle notes unique to each origin — the brightness of an Ethiopian, the earthiness of a Sumatran — flavors that get lost in high-volume roasting.

Peak Freshness, Every Time — Small batches mean we roast more frequently and in smaller quantities, so what arrives at your door was roasted recently, not sitting in a warehouse losing its character.
